About the Firm

Attorney Wanda Nuxoll founded her firm in 2003 with the goal of providing client-focused service. She organizes her firm to give personalized attention to client needs, their individual circumstances and goals.

Ms. Nuxoll brings several years of experience in larger firms and partnerships to her practice, as well as a background in real estate secured lending. An attorney since 1992, Ms. Nuxoll worked in larger firms focused on bankruptcy and business law in the early years of her career. During this time, a personal interest in real estate blossomed and soon landlord/tenant and real estate law became an important aspect of her work.

Escrow and Real Estate
In the real estate area, the firm's clients include landlords, individuals and companies entering into leases or negotiating purchase agreements, individuals and financial institutions foreclosing on deeds of trust. Ms. Nuxoll provides third party escrow for residential sales, commercial sales, and business transactions. The firm is also uniquely positioned to offer escrow for litigation settlements. Business Law

Her experience includes establishing LLCs for real property owners, new corporations, creation of subsidiaries, and helping nonprofits navigate the mazes of corporate life. Ms. Nuxoll focuses on the client's needs to provide creative and thoughtful solutions for day-to-day business issues and controversies

Creditor Rights
The firm has the experience to help guide creditor clients through the intricacies of ongoing bankruptcy and credit matters. In bankruptcy and state court, Ms. Nuxoll has represented clients in the manufacturing, restaurant/hospitality, retail sales, technology, horse breeding/racing, agricultural supply, and construction industries. In the published case of In re Hovan, Inc., she successfully argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to prevent preferential payment of certain tax obligations in bankruptcy cases.
